How to complete a PDF form

Print and sign the completed form.
Alternatively, you can print the form and complete it by hand. Please write clearly to avoid delays in processing your application.
How to submit your application
Step 1: Pay the fee
Pay the application fee at an NZ Post shop that offers the 'pay a bill' service. You cannot pay the application fee at a Post Centre.
Step 2: Submit your form and supporting documents

Firearms Registry requirements
If you are applying for or reapplying for a firearms licence or endorsement, you must register all arms items in your possession in the Firearms Registry within 30 days of submitting your application, including any items for which you hold a permit.
